Fall 2010 training and program information will be available shortly. Several changes are forthcoming for the fall, most notably the inaugural season of the Great Plains Diving League, a seasonal diving league modeled off of the popular summer league diving programs, which will allow divers to train within the GPDA system, while experiencing the camaraderie of team based competition.
The fall season will also welcome Ryan Meeker to the GPDA staff as Head Junior Team Coach; Ryan was a former KC Dive Club athlete as well as a diver at the University of Missouri, and an assistant coach with the Missouri Dive Club and Indian Hills Country Club.
2010-2011 will also bring expanded collaboration within amongst GPDA, the Missouri Dive Club, Nebraska Diving Club, and St Louis Diving Club. GPDA and the participating programs have developed improved training through statistical analysis and shared training methodologies.
