GPDA recognizes that each athlete has individual goals and needs for training, and we seek to accommodate each athlete’s schedule, while insuring that each athlete is able to train in a like-minded environment with their peers. GPDL teams are open to all athletes but are primarily designed for athletes ages 6-13; the High School group is open to divers ages 14-18 with a primary emphasis upon high school diving training. The Gold group is an introductory level team program, where athletes train several days per week and travel to local, Regional, Zone, and National level meets. The Elite group is exclusively for divers that have displayed excellence in performance, discipline, and attitude.
