The Gold Group is for divers that have highly developed skills and wish to pursue diving at the highest levels. Divers will be expected to attend atleast 75% of all workouts, and display a strong work ethic, determination, and consistently serve as a leader and good teammate. Gold divers will be expected to attend scheduled meets. Additionally, Gold divers will receive coach evaluation, individualized training plans and tailored dryland workouts similar to the elite team. The Gold team serves as a feeder program for the Elite program. Gold fees are $150/month.
