The advanced blue group is a slightly more advanced progression from the blue group. Diver advancement is at the discretion of the GPDA coaching staff, but generally divers are invited to the advanced group following completion of levels 1-3 of the levels system. The advanced blue group does not require competition, but divers are trained for competitions and are encouraged to compete. Advanced blue group practices are offered four days per week, with groups limited to ten divers per a group. Divers train three days per week in the water, and one day per week of dryland training. Advanced blue group fees are $110/month.
