Welcome to the online home of the Great Plains Diving Association. GPDA is the premier springboard and platform diving program in the Kansas City area. GPDA offers all levels of diving training, developing young athletes from their first leap into the pool to international success. Why pursue diving? Diving promotes:

Diving couples the fun of flying through the air from a diving board with many of the wonderful attributes of gymnastics without the wear and tear on the body.
GPDA is the largest program in the area and strives to provide training suited to all interests and abilities, including a specialized High School training program and summer league training, in addition to year-round competitive based training.
Additionally, GPDA is on the cutting-edge of diving training, with our own dedicated dryland center and a levels-based approach to beginner diving training. The dryland center allows divers to learn and perfect basic skills while alleviating the fear of smacking the water.
